I don’t know where to start to thank you for the awesome weekend you arranged for Naomi and her sister!!
Mark was just fantastic and took care of them as if they were his own children!
Their stay at the Garden Court was out of this world! Their room was on the 9th floor and they had a beautiful view. Naomi didn’t want to close the curtains at night as she loved looking at all the city lights! She enjoyed the bathroom the most! When I visited them on Friday night she was having a bubble bath and you could only see her eyes sticking out!!!
Albertina, the duty manager, checked every night if they are okay.
The trip to the Seaview Lion Park on Saturday and the fun day at the Boardwalk on Sunday was the highlight of their trip. Richard, from the Blundens, was a wonderful host and told them lots of stories about PE. On Saturday afternoon they went shopping at Greenacres, quite a treat for the 2 girls.
The biggest surprise was the bicycle she received on Sunday. She is extremely shy and might not have showed her gratitude at the race, but once we were off the beach she could not stop talking! She plans to take part in a few fun rides taking place in Knysna.
On our drive back to Knysna on Monday, Naomi told me that she could not believe that Mark did all of this for her! She said that she never ever in her life experienced such care and love and that it is a weekend that she will never forget! She made him a beautiful thank you card!
You guys are truly amazing and we are so blessed to have you in the Reach for a Dream family!
